For our founder, Mona, chocolate has always been more than a craft; it’s a lifelong passion. She immersed herself in every stage of the cacao journey, walking through plantations, meeting farmers, and learning how each bean’s origin shapes its flavour and character.

That passion led her to Belgium, the global capital of chocolate artistry, where she worked alongside master chocolatiers to perfect the delicate balance of flavour, texture, and aroma.
In 2024, this dream took shape in the heart of Dubai, where Mona Chocolate was born, a fusion of global heritage and local innovation.
